Mercedes Benz Crash Repair Facilities (CRF)

You have chosen to own one of the safest and most sophisticated vehicles in the world.

To ensure that your car retains that mantle, Mercedes Benz have selected a nation-wide network of repair centres (around one hundred in total) to entrust the necessary levels of aftercare, experience, quality and repair methods to their own exacting standards. All Mercedes Benz CRF's are subjected to rigorous inspections, both initially to gain approval then periodically to ensure that their high standards are still being met.

Following approval, body centre staff are trained in their relevant roles by Mercedes Benz trainers or their agents and certificates are subsequently issued, as those displayed in our Bodyshop reception area. Special tools from Mercedes Benz, such as jigs and alignment equipment, allow the bodywork to be re-aligned strictly to their tolerances. Additionally, the bodyshop is issued with W.I.S. (Workshop Information System), which is a CD based library allowing all repair methods on all models to be down-loaded, for instance showing where a panel must be cut and joined, where the spot welds must be and how many. This is imperative if the vehicle is to perform exactly as it does in factory crash-tests should another accident occur, especially now that high-tec safety devices such as air-bags and seat belt tensioners are wholly reliant upon shock transfer to be able to function correctly.

The paint and materials used by Triangle Sprays are those specifically approved by Mercedes Benz UK, having passed their comprehensive tests for quality and longevity. In many cases and increasingly, special scratch-resistant clear lacquers are used in the manufacture of Mercedes Benz passenger cars and these are re-applied in those cases by Triangle Sprays Ltd.

In conclusion, all of the above factors are knitted together to ensure that your Mercedes Benz can be repaired using the correct methods, equipment, materials and, most importantly, skills, which allow the full manufacturers warranties to be re-instated, provided of course that you use the services of our recommended Mercedes Benz Crash Repair Facility at Triangle Sprays.

Whilst your insurance company may suggest that you use one of their own approved bodyshops, it is you who has the choice of where to go to have your car repaired. We do not attempt to be the cheapest but, just like your car, we offer quality without compromising on cost.

Saab Body and Paint Repair Centres

Your Saab has the enviable reputation of being one of the safest and most desirable cars in the world.

However, all of this can be undone in the event of poor repairs carried out following the result of an accident, something which we are witnessing more frequently as we see the disastrous attempts by some of the other bodyshops to repair quality vehicles.

As a result of studies into the quality and safety of body repairs, Saab GB became one of the poineering manufacturers to establish a network of approved repairers linked to a main dealer, should that dealer not have facilities for in-house repair. These bodyshops, of which we are one, are subject to spot inspections to ensure that the necessary standards are being upheld.

We ourselves began our association with Peter Clarke Saab (now Southampton Saab) in 1988. The resulting experience gained from working on Saab motor cars means less aggravation to the owner as we are able to estimate the damage more accurately and we are likely to carry many items, such as clips and fixings, in stock. These are the little bits that invariably hold up repairs towards the end of the job. More importantly however, you can be sure that our staff know the correct repair methods to apply which ensures that the car will be returned to it's original safe condition with care and attention that you should expect with your Saab. This is even more essential with today's technology, especially in the form of airbags, seat belt pre-tensioners, ABS and air conditioning, to name a few.

Most of our staff have been with us for many years (some of them for 15 years and more), so you can rest assured that your Saab is in the best hands during it's stay with us.

Whilst your insurance company may try to persuade you to use one of their own approved bodyshops, it is you who has the choice of where to go to have the car repaired. We do not attempt to be the cheapest but we are competitive in our own field. Just like your Saab, we offer quality without compromising on cost, which is why Saab choose us to look after your car.
